Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SoldNeedle, a service operated by Henosis Labs (“we”). By creating an account or opening a link we sent you, you agree to them.

What SoldNeedle is

SoldNeedle is software that helps a real estate licensee assemble a comparative market analysis from MLS and public-record data and share it with their clients. The analysis is the licensee’s opinion of value. It is not an appraisal, and SoldNeedle does not produce, endorse, or guarantee any value or price.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Team owners and admins can see every CMA on the team. Client links are addressed to one person; do not forward them.

Data

Sales data comes from MLS sources and public records and is provided as-is. You are responsible for complying with your MLS’s rules on how listing data may be displayed and shared, and for the accuracy of anything you add by hand.

Payment

Plans are billed through Henosis Billing. Per-CMA purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the price is published or the PDF is built. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Acceptable use

Don’t use SoldNeedle to misrepresent a property or a market, to share data you are not licensed to share, or to interfere with the service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Henosis Labs is not liable for decisions made on the basis of an analysis prepared with SoldNeedle.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the date at the top when we do.
